Lattice Semiconductor, the low power programmable leader, announced it has expanded its long-running partnership with AMI. Through this enhanced partnership the companies will explore more ways to optimize their technologies to complement one another, with a specific focus on helping server manufacturers and cloud service providers achieve comprehensive platform security that is flexible, scalable, and easy to implement. To further facilitate this collaboration, Lattice officially welcomed AMI as the latest addition to the Lattice Partner Network.
This partnership will build on the companies’ previous collaboration that combined AMI’s firmware expertise with Lattice FPGA and Lattice Sentry™ technology to create AMI’s Tektagon™ XFR Platform Root of Trust (PRoT) solution. This jointly developed, host-silicon vendor agnostic solution enables advanced platform firmware resiliency (PFR) and more flexibility for current and next-generation server platforms.
“Lattice is leading the FPGA industry with our low power FPGAs, solution stacks, and software tools that help our customers get their innovations to market quickly,” said Esam Elashmawi, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, Lattice Semiconductor. “We’re excited to deepen our relationship with AMI and leverage our collective expertise to provide innovative and comprehensive security solutions for our server and datacenter customers.”
“Lattice has long been one of our key partners and we are thrilled to officially join the Lattice Partner Network,” said Kelly Bryant, Chief Product Officer at AMI. “This enhanced partnership will further strengthen our ability to develop collaborative solutions with leading FPGA design providers to meet the ever-evolving security needs of our customers.”
The Lattice Partner Network is a growing group of trusted technology partners who offer products and services designed to help Lattice customers get the most out of their Lattice-based designs, including IP cores, design services, development and demo boards, and training for Lattice products and solutions. Membership benefits include priority access to silicon and solutions, special tools and training opportunities, elevated levels of technical support, access to exclusive content and promotions, and more.
