Camtek Ltd., a leading manufacturer of metrology and inspection equipment, is pleased to announce the closing of its acquisition of FRT Metrology (FRT) business for $100 million in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments, from FormFactor which was initially announced September 18, 2023.
